Yoga is a comprehensive system to do just that: to balance our whole being. In this way, we learn to live and dive in freedom from dukha, or suffering. In the 'Freediver Plus' Course learn to freedive in a week-long freediving and yoga integration course. Achieve new depths in the sea and in yourself.
